This is a case of Fatal which is occurred on 05.04.2024 at 10:30 hours at Outskirts of Ramkyathanda Village of Raghunadhapalem Mandal and reported on
19.05.2024 at 11:00 hours wherein the complainant Daravath Nagulu s/o Hussain, 59 yrs, ST Lambada by caste, Auto Driver r/o Balapeta villge, Khammam
Urban Mandal, Khammam district stated that he was blessed with two children, his elder son Daravath Vikas, 18 yrs, is studying Inter first year in Khammam. On
05.05.2024 in the morning hours his son went to Ramkya thanda of Raghunadhapalem mandal along with his villagers viz., Banoth Anand and Nageswararao on a
trally auto bearing No.TS04UD2451 which pertains to his villager Guguloth Upender s/o Teja to bring DJ boxes in view of a birthday event in the house of his
villager Daravath Ramu. They returned back from Ramkya thanda in the same trolley auto along with DJ boxes at that time his son Vikas and his villages Anand
and Nageswararao sat on trolley auto and Guguloth Upender has been driving the trolley auto. In the meantime at about 10.30 hours on the same day when the
trolley auto crossed Ramkya thanda, the Trolley driver Upender drove vehicle in rash and negligent manner at the turning upon which the trolley auto over turned,
due to which his son and his villagers Anand and Nageswararao fell down and sustained injuries and went to unconscious stage. Immediately they were shifted to
Govt. hospital through 108 ambulance for treatment. Further his villager Anand was shifted to Shiva hospital and his son was shifted to Sankalpa hospital for
better treatment. After a week days his son Vikash further shifted to Osmania Hospital, Hyderabad for better treatment and his son was died there while
undergoing treatment on 19.05.2024 at 07.59 hrs. Finally he requested to enquire into the matter and do justice. In this regard he requested to take necessary
action and do justice.
