REMINDER:

1. All findings are properly coordinated with respective section in-charge for their awareness with recommendations .

2. Rectification to be done within the stipulated time/period, after rectification coordinate with the designated Safety Officer
on site.

3. Failure to rectify the finding, NCR will follow.

4. Inspection/ monitoring will be conducted if recommendations were followed or being neglected.

5. All reports will be submitted to top management for proper evaluation to ensure that project site are being managed and
controlled by the responsible persons.
