 Bangsamoro Electoral Office (BEO) – an office established by
and under the direct control and supervision of the COMELEC,
in accordance with the BOL and BEC. BEO shall supervise all
national, regional, and local elections, plebiscites, initiatives,
referenda, and recall proceedings within the BARMM to
ensure compliance with election laws and other pertinent rules
of COMELEC, cognizant of the parliamentary system as a
vehicle for participative and representative governance.
