LED Lamps etc to IX Convocation on 31.03.2023 - Reg.
Ref: Letter No. Nil dated 09.09.2023 received from the Office of the Registrar, JNTUK
regarding Allocation of Duties to various Officers for IX Convocation.

With reference cited above, the University has constituted a committee regarding Seating
Arrangements, Dias, Public Address System and Power Arrangement, etc., for IX Convocation
on 31.05.2023. In this regard, We herewith submitting the bill for an amount of Rs.2,00,777/-
(Rupees two lakhs seven hundred and seventy seven only) towards expenditure incurred by
providing LED Lights, Color Lamps and LED Lamps etc., to IX Convocation on 31.05.2023.

Hence we request you to sanction an amount of Rs.2,00,777/- (Rupees two lakhs seven
hundred and seventy seven only) to M/s.”Manikanta Logistics” , Kakianda (through NEFT) as
early as possible.
