WATER LEAKAGE IN OUR OFFICE
My shop is at the left wing, towards the backside of the Bar
Centre
We have being suffering from incessant water leakage from the
toilet at the first floor of the Bar centre. We have made several
oral complaints to your staff at the Bar Centre.
We are compiled to put it in writing this time around due to the
enormous damages caused by the recent ones on the 10 th, 11th,
26th and 27th days of April, 2024 of which we have sent so many
pictures and videos chips of the damages to you via Whatsapp.
We list below the items/equipments damaged.
1. Computer monitor N10,000
2. Computer keyboard N2,5000
3. Two (2) Computer mouse N4,000
4. Two (2) Long tables N105,500
5. Some typed documents their owners had not collected.
6. Some of our office recording books.
We write to request that the sum of N124,000 (One Hundred and
Twenty-four Thousand Naira) only be paid to us to enable us
effect the repairs/replacements. The damage equipments are our
source of income.
In the alternative, we suggest that we use the rent for March
2024-February, 2025 which is N96,000 (Ninety-six Thousand
Naira) to carry out the repair/replacement and balance paid in
cash.

To prevent future occurrence, we recommend you get a plumber

to repair the wash hand basin in the toilet which is left unlocked
after usage.
