KEYNOTE SPEAKER INTRODUCTION (SCRIPT)

Good morning, distinguished guest, faculty, proud parents, and of course, our dear
graduates.

Today, we gather to celebrate a significant milestone in the lives of our students. To

mark this special occasion, it is my honor and privilege to introduce our esteemed
keynote speaker, Ms. Vanniessa Jane M. Panugaling.

Ms. Panugaling is a proud member of the Class of 2017 and an alumna of our school,
where she graduated with honors, ranking as the second-top student in her class.
Continuing her pursuit of excellence, Ms. Panugaling enrolled at Xavier University-
Ateneo de Cagayan as a proud Cagayan de Oro City Scholar. There, she earned her
Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

During her time in college and continuing into her professional career, she has been
actively involved in numerous organizations. She served as a staff member for the
Department of Mission and Social Involvement at the Central Student Government. She
dedicated her time as a volunteer teacher for the Xavier Ateneo Night School Program
under the Alternative Learning System (ALS). She also represented her peers as a
delegate at the Teacher Education Student Leaders Assembly (TESLA). She facilitated
programs for the National Service Training Program (NSTP) for first-year college
students at Xavier University.

In March 2023, Ms. Panugaling passed the board exams on her first take, becoming a
licensed professional teacher.

Currently, Ms. Panugaling is an esteemed faculty member at Xavier Ateneo Senior High
School, where she teaches English and Media and Information Literacy (MIL) subjects.
She also serves as the MIL Subject Coordinator and has been the G11 STEM Class
Moderator for the past two years.
