Negotiation about Costumes for the play in Theatre.

 Hello, I would like to order twenty costumes for the play in the theatre, which will be
in 6 June. Can it be possible?

 It is 90 dollars per piece.

on time.
 I know that it is a big order but it is rather long. If we have a penalty clause, I will be
calmer.
 We can accept the penalty clause for late delivery. We suggest a 5% reduction for each
week of delay.
 5% is rather low. I suggest an 8% reduction for each week of delay and If the delivery
doesn’t be on the day of performance, I can resign from my order without any fees.
 Good we can accept potential cancellation, but we need a 30 % deposit which won’t
be returning with cancellation.
 I can give you a 20% deposit immediately.
 20% is rather low, the minimum deposit is 25%.
