People said that getting a part-time job is very necessary for teenagers when they have free time.

I hold a
different perspective and would argue that they should get a part-time job which brought some benefits
to them.

First and foremost, people should recognize the fact that getting a part-time job would help
tennagers improve social skills and gain extra income.There is no denying that developing social skill is
very necessary.Improving social skills essential for teanagers's behavior and It will make them become a
better editon. Obviously, when the customer feels dissatisfied with the services,teanagers must learn
how to make customer comfortable. Furthermore,one further justification which should not be ignored
here is that extra income.This means that earned money or received,it's the amount that goes beyond
the usual earnings or salary.Extra income also mean overtime pay,when the employees work more than
their regular schedule,they receive additional pay for those extra hours. A good case in point would be
that when the people who in teenage do their job well and the manager will reward them.

On the other hand, get a part-time job also have some advantages. It is important to remember that
expand relationships.In other words, thats mean adolescent will become friendly with any stranger, it
will help people who in teenage more easier to find a job or do something.Besides that, training
personality is the most important element to make teenagers success in their life.

In conclusion, I totally agree with idea that teens should take a job in their free times.Teenagers must
be developed some skill in their free time and gain income.It helps adolescents improve mentally and
physically.
