Dear Ms Ghent,
This is to inform you of the letter from Mr McKeith, General Manager of X Industries, regarding the
visit to their new factory in Scotland.
In the letter, Mr McKeith mentioned that they had to make some changes to the planned programme
next month due to the opening in Scotland. As the result, the visit has been delay and postponed until
June. He has confirmed that you could visit either factory in Wales or Ireland in April where their
products are currently manufactured.
After reviewing Mr McKeith’s notification, I think that April is not a good time for the visit because
we must see new factory and June is difficult because you have medical conferences 8th–10th and
18th–20th.
Therefore, the first week of July is possible for the the opening of new factory in Scotland.
Please reply to this email if you accept my decisions to make sure that the delay won’t affect our sales
targets.
