Kindly be informed that Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF) has appointed Grand Master
Rajendran Rajoo to be the head of C.S.B. for the said Championship. The C.S.B. is
given the mandate to take immediate action if anyone violates the competition rules or the
Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF) by-laws.

The C.S.B head’s allowance of RM 200 per day and transport cost of RM0.70 per kilometer
must be borne by the organizer.

We wish the organizer success in organizing the event and for promoting the sport of
Taekwondo at the grassroots and trust that Taekwondo Malaysia (WTF)’s good reputation is

CONTEST SPEED KICK EVENT:
PK System with Sensor Kicking Pad. Player’s category according to age group,
gender & division as below only.
1. Category A (below 6 years old) ~ Male and female
2. Category B (7-9 years old) ~ Male and female
3. Category C (10-12 years old) ~Male and Female
4. Category D (13-15 years old) ~Male and Female
5. Category E (above 16 years old) ~Male and Female

DICSIPLINE All officials and participants should strictly observe the decorum code of the
TM /WT and the rules & regulations of competition.
Disciplinary action will be taken against any violation of participation.

Kyorugi PSS System c/w headgear, vest, sensor socks & tournament
system)
II. Amateur: RM 60 (Kyorugi ESS System)

THE SHALL be appointed by TM Technical Committee.

COMPETITION
SUPERVISORY
BOARD (CSB)

AWARD Medals will be distributed accordingly.

PRESENTATION
• Placement of 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 Bronze will be awarded in each Sparring
category (9-11, 12-14, 15-17 years old)

• Placement of 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 Bronze will be awarded in each Poomsae

(Individual) category. (9-11, 12-14, 15-17 years old)

• Placement of 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 2 Bronze will be awarded in each Poomsae

(Team) category. (9-11, 12-14, 15-17 years old)

 • Overall Champion and 1st Runner Up for 9-11, 12-14, 15-17 years old.

CHANGE OF No change or entry will be entertained after the closing date. There will be no
PARTICIPANT refund on withdrawal.

INDEMNITIES
i. It shall be the responsibility of the participants from the respective
affiliates to have validly completed the participation forms and have
them signed indemnifying the Organizing Committee, its officials, and
other contestants from any claims of injuries, losses, fatal or otherwise
arising in the course of participation in this championship or any other
activities thereto.
ii. All participation forms must be approved and signed by the parents,
schools, and the affiliates.
iii. All participants must complete the Indemnity Forms and all signatories
of the Indemnity Form will take full responsibility during the
Championship.
iv. It is the responsibility of all participants to possess their own valid
personal accident insurance coverage.

TERMS AND All transportation, board & lodging shall be by the respective participating
CONDITIONS teams.
Participants are advised to make an early reservation for accommodation.

KYORUGI E-Protector and E-socks shall be provided by the organizer.

PROTECTIVE Approved soft protective forearm guards, shin guards, mouth guards & groin
EQUIPMENTS guards are COMPULSORY in the sparring event and to be borne by the
participant.

OFFICIAL A charges of RM200.00 will be implemented for any official protest raise &
PROTEST official report to be launched according to WT rules.

WEIGHT IN No weight in session will be held. Only 1.0kg allowance will be given to the
participants. Exceeding 1.0kg from the respective division will be
DISQUALIFIED.
REGISTRATION Weighing-in and Drawing of lot to be conducted in accordance to
requirements of the organizer.
All fees & charges will be borne by the respective coaches/club.

CLOSING DATE Online registration with google form link to be submitted before 8-May-2024
