3. Rate subject to vessel / airline delay, force majeure, and weather condition.
4. Invoice should be review within 7 days after receiving and otherwise, we will not accept for revision.
5. Rate subject to change with or without prior notice.
6. Rates subject to general rate increases and all surcharges in force at time of shipment, which include but are
not limited to bunker adjustment and other fuel surcharges, currency adjustment surcharges and value added
taxes. Surcharges will be applied as per tariffs at time of actual shipment.
