I am very happy to let you know that I am applying for the new Senior & Associate Landscape Architect position at
ABCDevelopment where I can use my skills to develop and design innovative projects. With 7 years of experience
in the field of landscape architecture, I am confident that my knowledge, skills and experience will greatly help you
in future projects.

Being a professional landscape architect with a strong background in designing, planning and architecture, I believe
that my skills and experience make me the perfect candidate for this job. The many of jobs that I have been in
before, allowing me to have a strong foundation and understanding of the basic and advanced practices of
designing and planning outdoor spaces.

Through my career, I have had multiple opportunities and projects to apply my valuable skills. In 2018, I worked on
a project to design a development in the city for a tourism propose where I was the one to create a plan that had
the infrastructure of a “modern but classy look” according to the Landscape Times Journal called “Wadi Park”. The
theme I used was “modern rainforest” where I added pale green benches and railings, three rain gardens, and
used low-maintenance plant species (to save water). I worked closely with the development team to make sure
that some community-friendly needs were met (such as easily an accessible wheelchairs parkinglot.

I also worked on another project called “Central Park of Eco Village” with a local government agency to design a
new park in Sharjah, where I was responsible for making a design idea that had sustainable rainwater flooding
practices and community gathering spaces. I closely worked with community and ensured that the design I made
met the needs of the community and was able to deliver a high-quality design that was well-received by the
community. This project was very subtle, having a simple colour scheme of a white and beige park surrounding a
singular building (the building was planned by other architects). To prevent rainwater to spread, I mainly added
bioswales to the sidewalks leading outside where there the many trees was planted (who will need the water the
most).

I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to ABCDevelopment considering that all your
previous projects are very similar to the ones I have achieved before, hence making me suitable for this role. Thank
