Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I am Diana C. Cruz 25 years of age, I’m writing this letter to inform you that I did not have a letter of agreement when

I had an accident on June 23, 2023 because the letter you are looking for is in the possession of the police traffic

bureau who took care of it. They kept it because that letter is part of their records of us to them. I tried to get a copy

of it but the police officer refuse to give it to me because of the mandatory shifting of schedule of them.
