This is with reference to your Registration application filed vide ARN AA2705240854053 Dated - 14/05/2024 The Department
has examined your application and is not satisfied with it for the following reasons:

1 Promoters/Partners - Residential Address - Others (Please specify) - Please upload E-KYC documents
like copy of PAN & Aadhar Card of the Applicant/Partners/Directors/Authorised signatories. Please
update complete residential address at Sr.No.21&22 of the application.
2 Principal Place of Business - Address - Others (Please specify) - The PPOB address in the appln. Is
vague and not specific with Shop/Flat/Room/House No./Survey No./Bldg Name & No./Plot No./ Sector
No./Area Name/ Locality, PIN Code , East/West, etc., hence your application is liable for rejection.
Please explain as to why it should not be rejected.
3 Principal Place of Business - Contact Information - Others (Please specify) - On going through the
uploaded registered rental agreement, it is observed that the rental period of agreement has already been
expired. kindly upload valid Registered Rental/Lease/L&L agreement (with Index II & Stamp duty Paid
receipt) of declared premises, in name of applicant viz. Pravind Kumar for non-residential/GST
Registration purpose, duly registered under Registration Act 1908, as laid down under Section 55 of
Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999.
4 Principal Place of Business - Nature of Possession - Others (Please specify) - Please upload a pdf copy
of valid ownership proof of the Declared PPOBs like latest property tax receipt/municipal khata
copy/latest electricity bill in terms of notification no. 03/2017-CT dated 19.06.2017 showing ownership
of the Licensor(s) over the declared address.
5 Principal Place of Business - Document Upload - Others (Please specify) - Please ensure that L&L
agreement is in name of applicant & Ownership document is in name of licensor(s) & declared PPOB is
exactly matching with the address mentioned on Ownership documents/L&L agreement in all respects
and it is a complete address i.e. it contains Flat/House/Shop/Gala/Desk No./Name&No. Of
Building/Floor No./Sector No/Area Name/Plot No./ Landmark/PIN code etc. Submitting
incomplete/wrong address as PPOB may lead the application to rejection. Amend application if
required.
