唯独时态与he/she会真正影响理解！

英⽂中的动词共12个时态，熟练掌握以下6个，可保证⼤部分沟通的准确性。
 ⼀、⼀般现在时
⽤于表达⼀个“既定事实”或者“常态”，不要⽆脑⽤

I go to the office every day.（我每天都去公司。）

He is my manager.（他是我的上级。）

I like coffee.（我喜欢喝咖啡。）

Our company specializes in business solutions.（我司专⻔提供企业解决⽅

案。）
 ⼆、⼀般过去式
表达已完成动作，但需搭配“具体时间点”或者“具体时间范围”

I finished the report yesterday.（我昨天完成了报告。）

I went to Paris for a business meeting last week.（我上周五巴黎出差开会。）

I joined the company three years ago.（我三年前加⼊的公司）

The contract came into effect on Jan 1st, 2021.（合同已于2021年1⽉1⽇⽣

效）。

Between January and March this year, I interned at PWC.（今年1⽉⾄3⽉，

我在普华永道实习过。）
 三、现在完成时
表达已完成动作，但没有“具体时间点”或者“具体时间范围”

I've (I have) been to New York.（我去过纽约。）

I've (I have) spoken to him about this before.（我跟他聊过这件事情。）

I've (I have) thought about this already.（我已经考虑过这个问题了。）

Our client has agreed to our pricing.（客户已经同意了我们的定价⽅案。）

It's (It has) been three years since I joined the company.（我加⼊公司已经3年了。)

Our company has grown rapidly in the past 2 years.（我司过去2年发展迅猛。）

I've been really busy in the past week.（过去⼀周我很忙碌。）

注意：最后3个例⼦，严格来讲都不是“具体时间范围”，因为缺乏A到B时间点的陈述
 四、将来时
表示将来的确切计划

I've (I have) been to New York.（我去过纽约。）

I've (I have) spoken to him about this before.（我跟他聊过这件事情。）

I've (I have) thought about this already.（我已经考虑过这个问题了。）

Our client has agreed to our pricing.（客户已经同意了我们的定价⽅案。）

It's (It has) been three years since I joined the company.（我加⼊公司已经3年了。)

Our company has grown rapidly in the past 2 years.（我司过去2年发展迅猛。）

I've been really busy in the past week.（过去⼀周我很忙碌。）

 五、将来进⾏时
同⽤来表达未来计划，但没有“将来时”那么确切

I will be traveling next week.（我下周要出差。）

也就是说，你下周有travel plans，但可能没有I will travel那么确定。

Our company will be introducing some new policies.（公司会推出⼀些新政

策。）

意思是，公司有推出新政策的计划，但在未来的具体时间不确定。
 六、进⾏时
表达正在完成的动作

I am finishing the report now.（我正在完成报告。）

I am speaking with our vendors about this issue.（我正在跟供应商聊这个问

题。）

注意：这⾥并不⼀定是你此时此刻正在与供应商谈话，⽽是表达⼀种整体“对
接”的状态。

I'm getting really excited about this trip!（本次出差让我感到很激动。）

注意：这⾥的getting excited表达是你个⼈的情绪状态，就是此刻你的情绪是处
于⼀种不断⾼涨的状态，并不是你这⼀刻才兴奋起来。
