Subject: Application for requesting exemption of Fall 2022 semester fee due to sudden financial
hardship.

Respected Sir,

Thank you for taking the time to open and read my application. I'm Mahbub Alam Nour, Department
of CSE & My ID 315212041.

After registration to my 3rd semister (fall 2022) due to sudden financial hardship I was forced by my
circumstances to drop semister without notice. When I’ve got a job, I again registered to spring 2023
and continuing my studies beside job. I'm still at financial crisis and at my beginning of my university
life. So if University ask for last semester(3rd) fee which I dropped, it would be impossible for me to
pay the last semester fee and next semester to continue.

I understand that the university has a policy. However, I would like to request an exemption of my
dropped semister fee and allow me to continue.

May I therefore, pray and request that you will rethink my situation and exempt and waiver on my
Fall 2022 semister fee which is dropped. Hopefully It will be never happen again. I won't do the same
without informing the authorities.
