For us to be able to investigate your issue further we would like to ask you to provide us

with as much information as possible about the issue you are experiencing.

 Take a screenshot of the page where you are experiencing the issue.
 Take a screenshot of the error window with the message (if any).
 Take a screenshot of any other technical issues faced.

Steps-by-Steps instructions how to take a screenshot

Launch the page in the application flow.
Make sure that the field which you have issues with is in focus.

‘Paint’ method:
1. Take a screenshot by one of several ways:
- Press the "Print Screen" button on your external keyboard
- Press Fn + Prnt Scrn on your laptop keyboard
Note that this is only two examples of how this can be done.

2. Open Microsoft Paint

To open Paint, open the Start menu, click on "All Programs", click on
"Accessories", and finally click on "Paint".

3. Paste the screenshot by clicking on the ‘Paste’ icon.

Your screenshot will be pasted onto the canvas.
Note that you can also paste the screenshot directly into a word document or an
email by right-clicking the page you're composing and clicking paste.

4. Save the screenshot locally to your computer.

5. Attach the file and send it to us via email.

‘Snipping tool’ method:

The Snipping tool method works with all Windows Vista versions except Windows Vista
Starter and Windows Vista Home Basic, and with Windows 7 Home Premium, Windows
7 Professional, and Windows 7 Ultimate. For other versions of Windows, use the Print
Screen method detailed above.

1. Open the Snipping Tool.

The Snipping tool is found in Start/All Programs/Accessories/Snipping Tool.

2. Choose the kind of screenshot (snip) you would like to take.

"Rectangular Snip" is chosen by default.
 3. Select the area that you want a screenshot of.

4. Save the screenshot locally to your computer by clicking the floppy disk icon in
the window that pops up.

5. Attach the file and send it to us via email.
