GENDER EQUALITY

Gender equality is not only a fundamental

human right, it is one of the essential
foundations for building a peaceful,
prosperous and sustainable world.Some
progress has been made in recent
decades: there are more girls in school
and fewer girls, and laws are being
reformed to promote gender equality.

For every dollar a man receives, a woman

earns, on average, 70 to 90 cents,
according to UN data. Therefore, it is
important to take into account, check
and support companies that pay the
same salary, benefits and bonuses to
employees and employees with
equivalent positions.

Officials need to have a safe

channel to report cases of moral,
sexual, school harassment, racism,
without being exposed or being fired.
Those proven cases should be
sanctioned.

unevenly. In general, women dedicate an

between both genders. The participation of
women in executive positions of the main

according to UN data, 90% of the world's
heads of state are men, and, as for the
people who make up parliaments, we find

approximately 21.7% of the national GDP,
