2024-2025 Academic Calendar

All visiting student rotations are scheduled as 4-week block rotations only.
Rotations must be scheduled based on our academic calendar (dates listed
below). Exceptions are unlikely to avoid overlap and to allow maximum number
of rotators. Each student is limited to a maximum of two different elective
rotations (courses).

Remember, priority is given to our own students for scheduling electives.

Therefore, confirmation will not be given to visiting students more than 30-60
days prior to the start date.

*Most rotations are not offered in Block 3 (July) except the following:

We do not allow switching rotations once you have been confirmed.
