Subject: Letter of Offer for Internship

With reference to the Internship Program of BlueLight Media Technologies, a company incorporated and existing
under the laws of India and having its primary place of business at Shop No. 29-30, Adjoining Vishwakarma Mandir,
Sirsa Road, Rania, Haryana - 125076, we are pleased to offer you internship with the following pre-conditions;The
Internship Program shall commence from 21st February, 2024.
The total duration of the Program shall be 06 months (Internship for 06 months, without any break/s).

Time Period and Type of Engagement Stipend Amount in INR with Taxes
For 06 Months s Internship (Intern as UNPAID for First 3 Months
Sales Marketer)
INR 10,000.00/- per month afterwards
(Subject to TDS as applicable)

Terms & Conditions: -

 Fifteen Days Notice period is required before leaving Internship Program.

 The working hours for Internship shall be 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM from Monday to Friday
 The work hours shall not be less than 40 hours per week on the pre-assigned projects with clear
deliverable/sand timeline-based deliverable adherence
 Weekly work report on every Saturday
 There shall be a work review on every Saturday.
 Any leave or, absence or discontinuation from work shall be as per company policy for interns, which will
be handed over at the time of joining of Internship
 NDA and working policies with necessary onboarding paperwork shall be completed at the time of joining

This offer of Internship is not to be construed as, and does not constitute, an offer of employment in BlueLight
Media Technologies nor does it confer upon you the status of employee of BlueLight Media Technologies. Your
participation in the Program with BlueLight Media Technologies is not guarantee of an offer of employment with
the company.
