Job Roles & Responsibilities
▪ Prepare the annual sales plan and programs to achieve the company’s sales targets provided that the
plan provided that the plan includes the sales geographical areas, determine the targeted
customers and the distribution plans and the sales styles for every area.
▪ Prepare horizontal and vertical expansion plans according to the company's strategic visions to help
in achieving the business targets and reinforcing brand equity.

▪ Participate in setting product prices and discount rates, setting credit limits proposals, and applying
financial policies to match with the market and competition.
▪ Set commission policies and incentives for agents and distributors according to the approved sales
expenses plan and promotional marketing plans to achieve business targets.
▪ Prepare all requested reports as sales, expenses, and collection to report them to the commercial
director.
▪ Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales team and motivate them to do their job on the
best possible way with maintaining the ongoing coaching.
▪ Supervise the execution of the sales plan through dividing the market geographically into sales
areas and distribute the responsibilities on the sales team as well as determining their targets and
ensure the best use for all the available resources along with developing the sales plan to cope
with any changes in that may happen in the market, competitors, clients, or consumers in
coordination with the marketing department.
▪ Follow up and evaluate the activities of the sales managers to ensure the execution of the sales plan
as scheduled and step in to take any corrective actions needed. Also, to monitor any changes that
happen in the market that can affect the sales and report that to the Commercial Director.
▪ Choose sales routes that are most economical to save costs and time to be most efficient way.
▪ Follow up with the prices for the end consumer to make sure it is following the company’s pricing
strategy and that it goes along with the competitor’s prices.
▪ Build sold, long lasting relationships with clients and develop the company’s reputation, pay
attention to the customers complains to increase customer’s satisfaction and therefore sales.
▪ Monitor the competitors and their activities that may have an impact on our company.
▪ Review and approve all contracts related to customers in all sales channels, and making sure of the
▪ items of growth, expenses, and all marketing points.
▪ Follow-up reports of stock balances through the Planning Department to find out the deviation of
balances from the item plan agreed upon in the sales plan and work to find solutions in case items
exceed the approved plan because of shortcomings in the sales process, provided that those
solutions are within the plan and budget.
