What is the dark secret about the current president of the holy city of Bucharest?

Rares was born in the year 3114 in sector 3. His last name, Hanma, comes from his
Japanese father, who married a Romanian woman. Ever since Rares was a child, he
hated the gods. He always wanted to be better than them, but that wouldn't work
