Reality Check Reflection

1. I want to live in an area surrounded by high income households, although the pricing of
the house in the area will be substantially higher, I wants to live with successful
individuals. I will most likely follow my passion in photography into the future and
create a business out of it. And I will remain playing soccer because it is an entertainment
for me.

2. The first thing that I learn while doing this project is the fact that I need to put a lot more
into my savings each month so when an emergency comes, I would have enough money
to fix the problem. The second thing that I learn is that I need to invest in the
entertainment section because entertaining myself is crucial as it can helps me relive
stress and relax at the same time. The final thing that I learn from this budget project is I
need to put a lot of money into my travelling section because travelling is a thing I love to
do and an aspect that I need to invest in if I want to follow my passion in photography.

3. I talk to my parents a lot and they help me looking for a career that I love and also help
me financially. Since both of them work in the engineering world, it is easy for me to
discover my love for a career in that apartment. I decided to study engineering when I
enter university, and my parents opened up many opportunities for me. They told me that
I should have a job that will help me secure financially. I also want to pursue a career in
photography and my parents support me 100%. With that being said, my parent told me
that I need to secure a job that is well pay, and it should help me pursue a career in
photography later on.

4. Lifestyle: Someone's way of living; the things that a person or particular group of people
usually do
Goals: The object of a person’s ambition or effort; an aim or desired result

5. Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering

6. The reason why your lifestyle has a great impact on your career choice is because of how
it will impact on the way you want to live your life. For instance, you decide to have
children, you would have to find a job that is sufficient enough for you to maintain your
family as well as yourself.

7. The budget is useful because it can help you organize your money and also have the
financial freedom that you need. It also helps you see what kind of things that can help
you in the long run i.e. an affordable car or a mortgage that you have the ability to pay off
but can gives you the lifestyle that you want.
