Cafeteria on the Desert Road

As a part of the Desert Road development, you are required to design a service
building which consists of a cafeteria and shops, including the following:
1. The basic elements:
- Main restaurant for 150 persons, connected to outside terraces for seating.
- 4 shops ………………12 m2/ each
2. Service elements:
- Main kitchen…………… 60 m 2
- Stores…………………... 30 m 2
- 2 staff rooms……….. 12 m 2
- Toilets for visitors and staff
General Instructions:
You should take in your account the following;
- Designing landscape around the building includes green spaces, and an open
area for children.
- The best orientation of the project elements according to the North Direction.
- The connection between the service road and the kitchen.
