President’s Message
from ROCA President
Don Guillory
Greetings Neighbors... ROCA needs you -
Just like the old advertisement of Uncle Sam - WE NEED
YOU! To volunteer, to help clean up after rentals and to
assist with events for members and guests. There are
plenty of opportunities to be of service to your communi-
ty organization. Check out the calendar - ask a Board
member - What can I do?
Fun for the summer includes a July 4th barbecue event
and the pool is open for all of that - Bring a guest and a
new friend and invite them to join. Although, our organi-
zation cannot thrive on memberships alone - Rentals are
what pay for the monthly costs and upkeep of the Make the Clubhouse
Clubhouse. And of course after those events we need
help to prepare for the next event - Volunteers are the key at Regency Oaks the destination
to continued success - We need you !
That said, thanks to Jay Gold for the use of his pickup for your next special event!

On Saturday, May
4th, at 3:39 am a
gator yard statue
was stolen on
Panther Dr. The
gator was about 2-3
feet long and had
"Welcome" etched
in one side. The
person came on a
black mountain
bike. About 20 min-
utes later, a person stole a fountain from the
house next door. They came with a wheelbar-
row and a neighbor saw them push it down
Panther Dr towards Staghorn. While police
were taking the report, it was noticed that
approximately 6 fishing poles were missing
from the house next door that had been lean-
ing on the side of the house.
Please, continue to be aware of any suspi-
cious activity, and don't hesitate to call 911
for an emergency, or the Sheriff's non-emer-
gency number, 352-754-6830.
