Great for whipping up characters if you

already know what you're doing and/or
have the rulebooks. For new players,
though, character creation is confusing. It
asks you to pick a race, class, and
background up front without showing
what features those choices give until
later. It becomes trial and error to find the
right combo, made worse by a bug where
you can lose the ability to go back to
previous pages, forcing you to restart the
process if you aren't happy with your
current choices.

Been using this app for years, and its one

of my favorite character sheet apps, short
of paying for D&D Beyond. Some of the
text isn't as well written as it could be, and
name changes abound. Makes sense why,
just makes things a bit confusing
sometimes. Overall, I highly recommend
this app. It's not without its shortcomings,
but I think the low one-time pricetag and
extreme ease and convenience to use are
well worth it in my opinion.

Excellent app. Super simple to use and I've

created over a dozen characters without
any issue so I can pick and choose one for
my next campaign depending on what
classes my friends want to play. My
biggest issue with this app is its lack of
updates. It's missing the entire blood
hunter class, several subclasses, races,
and subraces. I also wish they would add
spell descriptions, or at least a page
where I could put put spell descriptions in
myself.
