Pacific Spectrum Environmental Research and Consultancy, Inc. (PSEnvi) has been
commissioned by Mabini Properties, Inc. to carry out an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to
secure an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) from the DENR – Environmental Management
Bureau – NCR for the Proposed C5 Office Complex Expansion Project located along E. Rodriguez
Jr. Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City. The existing facility has an existing ECC with Reference
No. ECC-NCR-1505-0159 issued last 24 August 2016.

As part of the EIA process for securing an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) Amendment
Application from the EMB-NCR, we are respectfully sending this Information and Education Campaign
(IEC) letter with the attached Project Description (PD) to form part of the IEC activity.
