How can animals and people help one another?

Animals and humans are very important to both, since they have occupied each other since
the beginning of our time. There are many reasons why we need each other, such as: they
feed us, give us comfort, and help protect us. Like these reasons, there are many more
beneficial reasons in which animals and humans help and coexist with each other. Animals
and humans live together, so that's why they must learn to help each other.

Animal feed us. There are animals that have nutrients and proteins that help us survive,
since we have to have a balanced diet, that is, eat meats and also vegetables. There are
many animals whose meat provides us with the necessary nutrients to be stronger, likewise,
there are other animals whose what they produce helps us, this is the example of the cow,
whose milk gives us nutrients. This is why this is one of the most important reasons why
we need and help each other.

They give us comfort. Interacting with animals helps us lower the stress levels that we often
have due to the accumulation of tasks or other things, since animals make us happy as we
make them happy. Many times when we are alone, it is the animals that give us the support
that we use to make us happy. Animals are a great help for our mental health, as we are for
theirs. Animals are of great help to us and we also have to take care of them.

They help protect us. Many animals are trained to protect the blind, people with different
disabilities and to protect the environment. Many animals are trained to help humans and
serve as a guard or helper. Just as animals protect us, we also protect them, taking them to
the vet when they get sick, bathing them and feeding them. This is a mutual work of both
animals and humans. They also help us keep watch at night, for example dogs, they help us
protect our houses when they see someone suspicious.

In conclusion, we can say, give and confirm many of the reasons why both animals and
humans need each other. Each and every animal is necessary for our environment and just
as they are necessary for our environment, we are also necessary for theirs. We cannot
imagine a life in which there are no animals, nor a life without humans. Animals help us
more and more every day and so do we. Let's appreciate each other, if we see animals
without food let's give them, and let's remember that they also help us.
