Power MOP- Install layout for ICC360 cabinet(Solar scenario)

Cabinet layout requirement:

1,Install the cabinet under the
solar panels;
2,The power cabinet should
installed in the middle of the
battery cabinets
Power MOP- Install cabinet
Steps
Remove the cover from the cabinet packing box and find the marking-off
1
template on the cover interior.
2 Mark mounting hole positions based on the marking-off template.
3 Remove the cabinet stack and take out the flat washer
Take out the flat washer and replace the flat washer on the original expansion
4
sleeves.

5 Drilling Holes and Installing Expansion Sleeves.

Bind lifting ropes to the cabinet and hoist the cabinet to the target position
6
(only in cases that need machinery lifting )
Align the mounting holes in the cabinet with those in the concrete floor and
7
tighten the expansion bolts to secure the cabinet.

8 Align the Fixation of cabinet legs

9 Install the cabinet cable entrance holes

10 Install a cabinet ground cable and inter-cabinet equipotential cables.

Critical Techniques
1 If the cabinet is not level on ground, add a spacer
Don't forget to install the Ground cable once the cabinet is fixed on
2
foundation.
To avoid friction between the lifting ropes and the cabinet during hoisting,
3 place protective materials (such as paper and foamed plastics) where the
ropes will contact the cabinet.

2 Install a longitudinal beam. (Partially tighten the bolts.)
Install a long raking strut and a short raking strut. (Partially tighten the
3
bolts.)
4 Install low columns. (Partially tighten the bolts.)
5 Install base anchors. (Partially tighten the bolts.)
Secure the support assemblies to the foundation and tighten all bolts
Antitheft nuts and common nuts
6 that are
partially tightened.
7 Install horizontal beams.
8 Install a reinforced beam
9 Install edge clamps and middle clamps for PV modules.

Critical Techniques
The short raking strut needs to be installed on the lower side of a PV
1 module support, and the long raking strut needs to be installed on the
higher side of the PV module support.
The holes in the long and short raking struts are silkscreened. For
2
both struts use the hole with marking 15H.

The nuts for securing PV modules are classified into common nuts
3
and antitheft nuts. Secure nuts based on the actual configuration.
Power MOP- Install PV modules(For solar scenarios)

Steps
