1 Measure equipment resistance. 2 Check DC output voltage.
1.Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between the input/output terminal and the ground,
and ensure that there is no short circuit.
2.Check whether the DC output voltage of PDF
ranges from –57.6 V to –38.4 V.
3.Turn on the switches from PDF;
4.Turn on the switches for BBU;
5.Check whether the indicators on the BBU work
properly.
3 Turn on SW. 4 Turn on BBU.

Power MOP- Install layout for ICC360 cabinet(Grid+DG, Grid
scenario)
Bind lifting ropes to the cabinet and hoist the cabinet to the target position
6
(only in cases that need machinery lifting )
Align the mounting holes in the cabinet with those in the concrete floor and
7
tighten the expansion bolts to secure the cabinet.
1
Steps
DCDU-600AN1
Install the DCDU in 19-inch rack of
1
MTS9510A cabinet
2 Install a ground cable
Steps
Before installing battery cables, ensure that battery
1
circuit breakers in power rack are OFF(Indicated green)
2 Secure a lithium battery to the rack
3 Install ESM-A from bottom to top.
4 Install ESM-A ground cable.
5
6
Critical Techniques
There are signal cables pre-installed in the Cabinet, so
1
install the batteries from bottom to top.
2 Install ground cable for each ESM-A.
Power MOP- Install Environmental Sensors in MTS9510
Smoke sensor
Steps
Install a DCDB48-200-16B in a 19-inch rack of
1
cabinet.
2 Install the ground cable.
Steps
Install a heat blocking panel on the right side
1 of the cabinet frame if no equipment is
installed (if free space)
Air flow to the right (cold to hot) and heat
reverse flow is prevented by the panels
Power MOP- Install ACDBs(For grid and DG scenarios)
Steps
2 Use the belts to mount the two ACDBs onto the pole.
Critical Techniques

Steps
Route hoist ropes through lifting eyes, secure the ropes to the bottom of the
1
DG, and move the DG to the installation position using a crane.
2 Mark DG mounting holes based on the anchor plates.
3 Drill holes and install expansion sleeves.
4 Secure DG.
5 Install DG ground cable.
(Site grounding bar) 6
Power MOP- Install ATS(For DG scenarios)
Steps
1 Determine the installation dimensions.
2 Assemble the ATS support.
3 Use a marker to mark the mounting holes for the ATS support on the concrete floor.
Critical Techniques
1 Ensure that the ground cable is installed securely.
2 Connect the ATS-100A2 and the power cabinet to the same site ground bar.
Route the part of cables that are outside the cabinet through a PVC corrugated
3
pipe and secure the pipe to a cable hole on the cabinet.
Steps
1 Install connecting plates on high columns. (Partially tighten the bolts.)
2 Install a longitudinal beam. (Partially tighten the bolts.)
Install a long raking strut and a short raking strut. (Partially tighten the
3
bolts.)
4 Install low columns. (Partially tighten the bolts.)
5 Install base anchors. (Partially tighten the bolts.)
Secure the support assemblies to the foundation and tighten all bolts
Antitheft nuts and common nuts
6 that are
partially tightened.
7 Install horizontal beams.
8 Install a reinforced beam
9 Install edge clamps and middle clamps for PV modules.
Critical Techniques
The short raking strut needs to be installed on the lower side of a PV
1 module support, and the long raking strut needs to be installed on the
higher side of the PV module support.
The holes in the long and short raking struts are silkscreened. For
2
both struts use the hole with marking 15H.
The nuts for securing PV modules are classified into common nuts
3
and antitheft nuts. Secure nuts based on the actual configuration.
