AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, PAT. DARREN JOHN G. AMANO of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and currently residing at
Lunzuran Zamboanga City, after having sworn in accordance of law, hereby depose and state
that:

1. I am currently a member of Philippine National Police with the rank of Patrolman

assigned as member of Team 9 3rd Platoon of the Zamboanga City Mobile Force
Company.

2. That on May 31, 2020 Pat Macaso and I is the outgoing duty of Divisoria Checkpoint.

3. That during our Force Commander called for a formation and checking of attendance I
was not able to attend

4. I hereby execute this affidavit to notify PLTCOL ROLANDO HERNANDEZ BARRAQUIO

Force Commander of Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company, the reason why I was not
able to attend the said formation because I was with my family having our family day
dinner together considering that I was not able to get home be together with them and
be complete even on that day only. And at the same time, I and the rest of the Team 9 is
the outgoing duty at the Divisoria Quarantine Checkpoint from 1:00pm to 6:00pm on
the said day.

5. Finally, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the statements
for all legal matters and purpose it may serve.
