I am a Grade 12 student from Dimiao National

High School, Puangyuta, Dimiao, Bohol. My research is about the Feasibility of Establishing Tailoring
Shops in The Municipality of Dimiao. Currently, I am facing a challenge with my Chapter 3
Methodologies. I made a mistake with my research instrument, which is a questionnaire. Originally, I
planned to create my questionnaire, but my teacher rejected the idea because in that way, I have to seek
validation from various experts first and it is a tedious and costly process. I might not be able to finish my
research on time and he even joked that I may not be able to graduate.

I found your study, "Feasibility Study on Establishment of DEDUC Tailoring Shop in Phase 9, Bagong
Silang, Caloocan City," on Ascendens Asia Singapore – Bestlink College of the Philippines Journal of
Multidisciplinary Research. I included it as one of the Review of Related Studies in my research. However,
the only one shown in there was the Abstract. I was hoping to adopt your research instrument for my
research too. I was wondering if I could ask for the file of your questionnaire when you were gathering
your data. I understand that this may be an informal request, but I have no one else to turn to for help. I
