General Health Advice

1. Engage in at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily - This can include walking, swimming, cycling,
or any other form of exercise you enjoy.

2. Maintain a consistent sleep schedule and aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night.

3. Allow at least 2-3 hours between dinner and bedtime, and engage in light physical activity, such as
walking, after dinner to aid digestion.

4. Practice portion control and eat smaller, more frequent meals throughout the day.

5. Aim for a daily water intake of at least 3-4 liters.

6. Stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water, herbal teas, and natural fruit juices.

7. Monitor your blood pressure regularly - Weekly if you have a history of high blood pressure,
otherwise monthly.

8. Include a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats in your daily diet.

9. Avoid carbonated and sugary beverages.
