The Staffing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
staffing and recruiting process at Pinxter. This role plays a critical role in
identifying and attracting top talent to support the organization's growth and
success.
1. Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify
staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, attract,
and hire qualified candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to
evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance,
ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
2. Candidate Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a
talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process, ensuring positive interactions and timely communication.
3. Employment Branding:
Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to develop and maintain
a compelling employer brand.
Utilize various recruitment marketing strategies, including social media,
job boards, and industry events, to promote Pinxter as an employer of
choice.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring that all
recruitment practices are compliant.
Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions,
interview notes, and other recruitment-related documentation.
5. Data Analysis:
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in
the hiring process.
Make data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies
and optimize the hiring process.
