Responsibilities of the Position:

The Staffing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
staffing and recruiting process at Pinxter. This role plays a critical role in
identifying and attracting top talent to support the organization's growth and
success.

Essential Functions of the Job:

1. Talent Acquisition:
 Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify
staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
 Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to source, attract,
and hire qualified candidates.
 Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to
evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
 Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance,
ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
2. Candidate Relationship Management:
 Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a
talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
 Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process, ensuring positive interactions and timely communication.
3. Employment Branding:
 Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to develop and maintain
a compelling employer brand.
 Utilize various recruitment marketing strategies, including social media,
job boards, and industry events, to promote Pinxter as an employer of
choice.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
 Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, ensuring that all
recruitment practices are compliant.
 Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions,
interview notes, and other recruitment-related documentation.
5. Data Analysis:
 Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in
the hiring process.
 Make data-driven recommendations to enhance recruitment strategies
and optimize the hiring process.

Attributes Required:

To excel in this role, the Staffing Manager should possess the following
attributes:

 Experience: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business


Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of [X] years of
experience in staffing and recruiting, preferably in a corporate
environment.
 Recruitment Expertise: In-depth knowledge of best practices in talent
acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring
managers, and senior leadership.
 Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build
and maintain positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and
external partners.
 Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify recruitment challenges and
develop creative solutions to overcome them.
 Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Compliance Knowledge: A solid understanding of employment laws and
regulations, with a commitment to ethical and compliant recruitment
practices.
 Data-Driven: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to
leverage data to drive recruitment decisions and measure success.
 Team Player: A collaborative and team-oriented approach, working
effectively with cross-functional teams within the HR department and
across the organization.
 Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and the
evolving landscape of talent acquisition and technology.
