Motherson Molds and Die Casting Limited (MMDL) is a subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson Group. The company
manufactures plastic injection moulds, blow moulds and checking fixtures. The company has state-of-the-art tooling
facility to meet the requirement of its customers. The annual capacity is of 100 moulds ranging from medium to
large and the press capacity is up to 3000T.

Job Responsibilities –

 Making new moulds according to the design and evaluate it within a sequential manner i.e., making all the
child parts according to the dimensions.
 Core and cavity matching, all lifters, sliders, ejector pads & inserts marking and matching properly,
assembling all theparts and finally check ejection before mould trial.

 Involved shop floor operations and the overall Tool Room Operations involving CNC Machines, EDM,
Lathes, Drillingmachines, besides other machinery and equipment.
