“upgraded” by the posts that follow the initial one. As per usual, the more you read the more
context you will have. Final bit of warning: any build before patch 5.0 will have a chance of not
being functional.

The main criteria for a build being here is

1. It had commentary after 09 May 2019 (The Ultimate Patch).
2. It is mostly plug and play. A build must be playable with minimal reading or watching.
