AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS OF THE TRANSFEROR

I, MARCELINO MAGBANUA, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of Brgy. Binuntucan, Pontevedra,
Capiz, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, we hereby depose and say that:

That I, are the Transferor of the parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. CLOA-5344

“A parcel of land (Lot 1, Psd-06-033114 (AR), being a portion of Lot 1099, Pontevedra Cadastre), situated in the
Barangay Binuntucan, Municipality of Pontevedra Province of Capiz, Island of Panay. Bounded on the E., along line 7-1
by Lot 85; along line 1-2 by Lot 2; on the S., along line 2-3-4 by Lot 83, Psd-06-033114 (AR); on the W., along line 4-5 by a
Creek; on the N., lines 5-6-7 by Lot 6; on point 7 by Lot 4, Psd-06-03314 (AR), Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan
being S.86 deg. 26’E., 900.00 m. from BBM No. 23, Pontevedra Cadastre. Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED NINETY SIX (1,796) square meters, more or less.

Described in the DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE, duly acknowledged before Notary Public Atty. Emilyn D. Arboleda-
Depon, duly registered in his Notarial Register per Doc. No. 481; Page No. 98; Book No. xxx ; Series of 2024, dated May
13, 2024.

That the said parcel of land of which is the subject of the aforesaid transaction has not exceeded the
landownership ceiling or limit of ownership as provided under Section 6 of RA 6657, as amended.

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
legal purpose it may serve.
