Good morning
Your excellency Bu Asih (as English teacher) and our beloved friends,
We are group 1 from twelve nursing two SMK Negeri 4 Bondowoso
Today, We would like to present report from prakerin activities in Binakal Public Health Center,
Bondowoso Regency from 2nd january to 30th april 2023 , East Java. Our Grup Member are Shafa
Marwah, M. Albar, Saripa, and Andi Jaya.

Dear friends, I would like to explain about the background of Prakerin. Each student vocational
school graduates are required to have skills. Vocational school graduates are ready to work because
usually they are recognized by the world of business or industry by doing a Dual System of Education
(PSG).

Dear friends, In this slide, you can read the goals of doing Prakerin
The goals of doing Prakerin or Dual System of Education (PSG) are:
1. To know the progress of students during the Internship Industry.
2. As accountability of tasks assigned to students of vocational schools in connection with the
implementation of Prakerin.
3. Adding treasury School library and as a next generation of knowledge for students.
4. As an exercise for students in making activity reports.
5. As proof that students have practiced in the world of nursing (World of Industry).
6. As a condition for following the National Exam.

The honourable teacher, this time I would like to elaborate te details of Prakerin implementation.
The time to implement the Industrial Practice (Prakerin) starting from 2nd January to 30th April 2023. The
work practices at the Binakal Puskesmas start at 7:00 to 14:30 and the break time is 12.00 - 12.30
WIB.The place used to run the Industrial Work Practices (Prakerin) at Binakal Puskesmas. The exact
location is on Jl.Sumberwaru, Binakal. Places used for Prakerin Activities include:
1. Counter
2. Inpatient room
3. Emergency Room.
4. Delivery room
5. Poly tooth
6. Space pharmacy
 7. General poly
8. Poly Family Planning (KB)
9. Poly Mother and Child Health (KIA)
10. Poly nutrition

The honourable teacher
Competencies taught in the Binakal Puskesmas are:
1. Prevention of infection, they are washing hands and self protection
2. Basic human needs , such as: Installing and cleaning of intravenous fluids, Feeding the patient,
Personal hygiene, Clean and tidy up the patient's bed , Set various sleeping positions of patients,
Cleaning work environment , Move the patient, Drug Delivery
3. Explains the methods of administering the drug to the patient. This for example Providing
medication to patients in accordance with prescription (Oral) and intravenous and with
supervision clinical supervisor.

Thus are the explanation of our prakerin activities , in conclusion that the street vendors in every
vocational school is very insightful to students of SMK with the aim that students are able to find
out how to face the real world by going into the field of institutions in accordance with the
department. And so we can have an experience of the real world of work.
