I. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

Our business is a school-based business where the prospect customers are the
students and teachers of Holy Cross High School.

Our business offers affordable goods and great quality of services since we truly
value each and every one of our dear schoolmates who will be our target customers. It
aims to achieve customer’s satisfaction with our product by reassuring them that the
money they spent on our product will be a good investment. One of our business
purposes and goals is to offer a new taste and to satisfy the customers' cravings.

Partnership:

As ABM students of Holy Cross High School, we want to propose this setup because
we want to create a nice, welcoming environment as well as a productive workplace
where everyone can work cheerfully within the school.

III. PRODUCT CONCEPT

● Coffee Jelly
Coffee Jelly is a delicious coffee-based dessert that consists of milk, creamer, jelly
cubes with a mixture of coffee and small edible “sago”. The product we are introducing is
one of the demands in our society right now since it is similar to Iced coffee, which most
of the millennials are obsessed with. Both students and teachers have been working really
hard to achieve their academic goals and with that “coffee” is the first thing that they will
crave. Coffee has unique side effects on people. It is either to make them feel more
energetic, increase alertness and more. There is nothing better than having a taste of
Coffee Jelly, savouring the smooth jelly cubes after each swallow of our creamy
beverage.

● Churros
Churros are a Spanish or Mexican pastry that is similar to a donut or cruller in that they
are deep-fried unsweetened dough that is then sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Churros
are typically formed into long lengths of dough, which are then pushed through a piping
nozzle and slowly added to a deep fryer or pan filled with hot oil until golden in color.
Churros are made from water, butter, sugar, salt, flour, egg, and vanilla extract, which are
then rolled into a dough and deep-fried. Then, of course, sugar is sprinkled on top and
served with a warm chocolate dipping sauce.

● Social Media Advertising - In order for our fellow schoolmates and teachers to
gain awareness of our business, we will be informing through social media
platforms (Instagram and Facebook) where they are most active. Posting reels, My
days/Stories, and quick posts that will be easy to read through.

● The Friendship promo - In order to help sell all our materials in a day, we will be
offering 3 for 1 free for our beverages.
● Free Taste Before the Actual Selling - To create interest and attraction to our
products, we will be offering small free tastes to the students and teachers, but in
moderation.
