The things that went well
● He has acknowledged all his
mistakes and has set out to
improve for the next time; this way,
he will obtain better results.
The things that need
improvement
● The teacher didn’t start the class
well because the topic wasn’t clear
and he had to read.
● He doesn’t have all his material. A
teacher should have it.
● He is so violent with his class. His
students are scared.
Reflection paper

To be honest, there is a lot for improvement. Just because you are a

teacher does not mean that you have absolute power as if you were
the parent of one of your students. Besides, a good teacher should gain
the trust and respect of his students, not cause them fear. Always
remember to be clear about the subject and have all your material
with you (you are the teacher, not the student). You always have to go
for more and take criticism in the best way, so that you as a person
can improve your methodology. You should correct your students in a
better way.
