Airline acknowledges that the Licensed Software access provided to the Contractor hereunder is subject to: (1) Boeing’s acceptance of this
authorization; (2) the current Boeing access policy, which may change from time to time; (3) the restrictions for data access that Airline
establishes and administers via the Licensed Software; and (4) each Party having in place the appropriate General Terms Agreement (GTA)
including e-Enabling Agreement (SA-eE or SLA-eE), and applicable Software License Orders with Boeing for use of the Licensed Software.

Airline agrees to allow the Contractor to access Airline’s Data, including any Third Party Data contained within Airline’s Data, through the
Licensed Software. Airline is solely responsible for the provision of such Airline Data to Contractors and Contractor’s use or misuse of such
Airline Data.

With respect to this authorization, the Airline’s CSGTA will apply to each Party’s use of Licensed Software and Materials.

Access to Airline’s Data will be available to Contractor until Airline’s notice to terminate has been received to Boeing. Boeing will terminate
access within thirty (30) days of receiving the notice. Please send your termination request using the instructions below.
