Training Information:
Location: Training can either be delivered at the customer’s premises or at our Training Centre in Al Garhoud. In case of training at customer’s site, necessary
provisions for training should be arranged at site.
Languages: Training can be conducted in a variety of languages, including English, Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam and Tagalog based on the availability of trainer.
Date and Timing: The dates and timing for training are discussed and agreed with the customer once this proposal has been formally approved.
Number of Participants: Numbers of participants are generally defined by the type of training being given mainly per regulatory guidelines. Immaculate reserves
the right to cancel or reschedule any course if the number of attendees is insufficient to justify running the course, or if Immaculate is prevented from doing so by
events beyond its reasonable control.
Training Materials: Immaculate will provide all necessary training and assessment materials such as Medical Mannequins and accessories. In line with our
environmental commitment, Immaculate will provide e-certificates for all those who successfully complete our training courses and can provide hard-copy
certificates on request.
Trainers: All our Trainers are approved by the appropriate local and international accrediting bodies for the courses being delivered and hold certifications from a
wide variety of international bodies such as IATA, HABC, ASHI, ACA etc. Our multitude of trainers have rich industry experience in their relevant fields like
International Air Cargo, Food Safety Management, Medical Support, Construction Safety etc.
Immaculate and AL AMIR hereby agrees to the below points:
1. Training Services: As agreed in this quotation, Immaculate shall provide as required and requested by AL AMIR in connection with its business as
described in detail in this Quotation matching the customer’s and/or regulatory requirement.
2. Term: The term of this agreement will be exclusively for AL AMIR to avail the rates mentioned in this Proposal for the remainder of this Agreement. The
agreement is valid for 30 days from date of issue.
3. Payment: Advance Payment or as agreed. The certificates are issued only upon the completion of the course and after the payment is received in advance
or against invoice issued.
4. Terms & Conditions: Detailed General Terms and Conditions of Immaculate Training Services and course specific T&C will be provided upon request.
