(Thermal Insulation Anti-Fungal Vapor Barrier & Fire Resistive Protective Coating)
DESCRIPTION
DEUCOAT 30-36 AF is a flexible, fire resistive
adhesive and sealant, forming a durable seal
against air leakage. Due to its excellent water,
U.V., fire resistance and fungi resistance, it can
be used in outdoors as well as indoors in thermal
insulation system on metal duct. DEUCOAT 30-
36 AF can be used where the humidity level had
to be sustained at or above 90%. It is used as
vapor barrier as well as anti-fungal coatings.
It does not contains lead, mercury or mercury
compounds.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surface should be clean, dry and free from
oil, grease and loose particles.

APPLICATION METHOD
Apply a tack coat of DEUCOAT 30-36 AF @ 3
to 5 m2 per liter. After applying tack coat
immediately imbed the selected lagging fabric
smoothly in to the wet coating. Apply two finish
coat DEUCOAT 30-36 AF at rate of 4 to 5 m2 /
liter. It is very important to ensure that each coat
of DEUCOAT 30-36 AF is totally cured before
the next coat is applied. The dry film thickness
will vary with fabric selected.
MODE OF APPLICATION
Brush- Use suitable paint brush and apply with
full brush and spread out evenly.
Roller- Use medium size paint roller and dipped
fully and spread out evenly.
SPRAY DEUCOAT 30-36 AF can be applied
with airless spray. For airless equipment
information, please contact your equipment
supplier followed by product viscosity
mentioned in data.
COVERAGE
On an average 3 to 5 m2 /per liter @ 150 to 210
DFT. depending upon the method of application.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight
and high temperature (>350C). Shelf life is up to
12 months in unopened container when stored as
directed.
Failure to comply with the recommended storage
conditions may result in premature deterioration
of the product or packaging. Please follow the
petroleum regulation and law of the land.
CLEANING
Clean all the tools immediately with clean water.
