Function of Local Assessment Operations Officer III

1. Assist the municipal assessor to establish a systematic method of real

property assessment and to initiate, review, and recommend changes in
policies and objectives, plans and programs, techniques, procedures and
practices in the valuation and assessment of real properties for taxation
purposes;

2. Conduct frequent physical survey to verify and determine whether all real
properties with in the local government unit concerned. 30%

3. Prepare office reports and schedules of market values for the conduct of
general revision ; 20%

4. Perform any other functions as may be assigned; 10%

Function of Assessment Clerk I

1. Revise/ appraise all real properties in accordance to their

assessment and classification ; 40%

2. Gather data of all real property for quarterly report 20%

3. Encode all approve FAAS to the system 20%

4. Perform any other functions as may be assigned; 10%

Function of Book Binder III

1. Responsible in sorting, compiling, binding of Field Assessment and

Appraisal Sheet. 40%

2. Issue, upon of any interested party, certified copies of assessment

records of real property and all other records relative to its assessment.

3. Safekeeping reports and other documents office documents and

submits report.

4. Perform any other functions as may be assigned; 10%

Function of Draftsman 1

1. Draw maps in computer aid design (CAD) with Geographic

information system (GIS) for assessment purposes. 40%

2. Maintains, organize and updates tax map and other record of

assessments in tax mapping operation. 30%

3. Create a new assessor real property parcels from subdivision and

parcel maps for tax mapping operation. 20%

4. Perform such other functions as may be assigned. 10%
