MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

PETITIONER by undersigned counsel and to this most Honorable

Court, respectfully states:

1. That an ORDER was issued by the Honorable Court directing

Counsel to file a written Manifestation pertaining undersigned’s
relationship with the Clerk of Court and to furnish copies of the
Petition to the Office of the Solicitor General and the Office of the
City Prosecutor;

2. That undersigned will comply with the ORDER within the

period as directed therein and will file a manifestation to the
Honorable Court to that effect;

3. A Clarificatory hearing was set on May 30, 2022 at 8:30 in

the morning considering the passage of RA 11642 at which time
and date undersigned has committed to appear in a case in
Dagupan City and thus to attend the Clarificatory hearing would
not be possible.

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Court to reset the Clarificatory hearing on another date.
