EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Tourism carnival is an event for traditional “Pinoy perya” such as color games, ring
tosses, etc. Experience the thrill of these classic core memory games where you
showcase your skills and performance in playing classic “perya games” with the
essence of eco-tourism. Tourism carnival brings joy to every student and gives a
memorable and thrilling experience with this exciting event.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ACTIVITY:

After this event, the participants will be able to:

1. Enjoy their time after the preliminary exam and relax since all of us are stressed
2. Will relive moments together with their friends or fellow classmates.
3. Make new friends since this carnival is not only for SIHM students but also for other
departments and the faculty.
4. To create a feeling of school spirit, inclusion, and good will amongst the students
and employees of WCC Aeronautical Technological College.
5. To provide the opportunity to promote and raise awareness of Filipino culture.
6. To make the event’s attendees experience something entertaining and
memorable experience.
EVENT PROPONENT

Tourism Carnival involves such organizers as Envision Events together with Creative
Events, 4Ever Milestone Event, Kinaiya Event Planner, Boean Events, and Be Cloud Event
Company. Envision Events drives at the center of organizing and supervising such
processes as advertising, logistics, venue arrangement, and general advertisement of
the show. Working with other event planning partners provides additional exposure and
specialization to the execution of the event.

TARGET AUDIENCE:

The target audience for this events are the professors, students in senior high school,
students in college at any programs, and personnel’s working at WCC ATC North Manila. The
event organizers want the audience to experience the excitement of the tourism carnival as it
brings back the tradition of every Filipino carnival. This event is open to everyone who is
interested to play, unwind, and get to experience different varieties of food at the tourism
carnival. The event organizers would like to provide a platform for students, professors, personnel
to experience the exciting activities, games, and performances.

PROGRAMME
The Tourism Carnaval is a two-day event held on October 10-11, 2023, it started at 9AM
to 5PM at the WCC Aeronautical and Technological College/- North Gymnasium. This World
Tourism Day 2023: Tourism Carnaval will showcase the students’ knowledge and skills as they
organize an event that will be helpful to their improvement and organized skills.

SOURCE OF FUNDS:

One of the major sources of this event was the ticket sales from the activities,
games, and the ticket entrance from the guests. Aside from that, before the event
started the main source of funds of this event was from the event organizers.

This is the result of our 2-day tourism carnival. Evaluated by several persons
who participated in the Tourism Carnival event.

During the meeting, we talked about the assigned tasks for every section.
How much the contribution is, how many days are left to do our tasks and the
deadlines, and the appointed persons.

In the pre-event, we set up six booths in the gym and designed them for
the tourism carnival.
During the event, we had a lot of visitors from the different courses. Also,
the teachers joined us, and they loved and got entertained by the event.
After the 2-day tourism carnival, all MICE students helped clean the gym, and
we took a whole MICE class picture.
