Sub: AP Para Veterinary and Allied Council, Vijayawada-Registration of all

In-service Para Veterinary and Allied Technicians right from
Veterinary Assistant to Veterinary Livestock Ofcer in Ist phase-
Enabling of Online portal (appvc.in)-Revised Guidelines issued-
Enrollment Requested-Regarding.

1. In partial modifcation of guidelines issued vide reference

cited for registration of para veterinary and allied technicians working
in the department in the 1st phase, the following revised guidelines
are issued.
All the In-service Para Veterinary technicians must register with AP
Para Veterinary and Allied Council as per Section 20(1) of the act.
2. The application enabled for registration online (appvc.in) is self
explanatory.
3. They shall mandatorily upload character certifcates (enclosure I) two
numbers for which one shall be obtained from any Veterinarian /
Gazzetted Ofcer and the other by any Superior Ofcer to above
signed Ofcer (enclosure II) in the portal.
4. They shall mandatorily upload attested copies of service register pages
1 & 2 (for personal details) as single PDF document in the portal.
5. The technicians shall upload passport photograph and signature in
the portal.
6. The fee for registration will be collected after confrmation of personal
and professional details in future.
7. The Registration Certifcate will be issued soon after payment of fee as
prescribed.
8. The last date for submission of application is 10-06-2024.

Hence all the DAHOs/JD VBRI are requested to direct all the Para
Veterinary Allied Technicians right from Veterinary Assistant (VA) to
Veterinary Livestock Ofcer (VLO) in their respective jurisdiction districts so
as to register themselves promptly in online application by making ready the
documents enlisted above through online portal.
