position with Aargee Staffing Services Private Limited as a “Business Associate”, effective from

30-June-2023.

Dear Mr.Jatin,

Appointment Letter

We are pleased to advice you that you are being appointed in our Company as
“Business Associate” and deputed to our client place at Gurgaon. The terms and conditions of your
deputation will be as follows.

1) Date of Joining: 30-June-2023, you will be required to work at our client office / premises at
any of their locations.

2) During the tenure of the deputation, you will continue to be an employee of AARGEE
Staffing Services Ltd.

3) You will be governed by the business and the operating requirements of the end client you
will be servicing and will also be governed by all the established Rules and Regulations of
AARGEE as applicable from time to time.

4) You will be governed by the Hours of work/holidays/weekly holidays of the client to


which you will be deputed from time to time. The client reserves the right to alter or modify
its working hours.

5) You will be paid a CTC of Rs.1,86,252/- per annum. Salary is computed on a cost to company
basis which includes Leave Salary & Bonus. The same is outline in the attached Salary break-
up Annexure I.

6) You will be eligible for the benefits of statutory benefits as per the Labour Act.

7) Holidays as applicable, based on functional requirements as determined by the CLIENT.


8) During your tenure of services, you can be transferred to any of our Client's offices or end
client's locations as per the business requirements.

9) You shall take care not to disclose confidential information / trade secrets etc that you may
come across in the course of your responsibility to anyone outside CLIENT and use such
information only in connection with the service provided to CLIENT.

10) You shall not engage in any act subversive of discipline in the course of your duty/i.e. in the
property of Client or outside, and if you were at any time found indulging in such act/s,
were serve the right to initiate disciplinary action as deemed fit, against you.

11) This arrangement is purely a contractual agreement between Aargee Staffing Services Pvt
Ltd and You (Employee). This Agreement shall stand automatically terminated upon the
resignation / abscond / termination / Loss of Employee.

12) You shall be responsible for protecting the property of Client entrusted to you in the due
discharge of your duties and shall indemnify Aargee when there is a loss of any kind to the
said property.

13) You will keep the HR Department informed of any change in your residential address and
civil status.

14) This contract of employment can be terminated by giving 45 days written notice from either
side. Notice period is considered to start from the point the termination/ resignation letter is
received by the Company /Employee.

15) On the day of the termination of this contract, whether by expiration or otherwise, the
Employee agrees to return to the Company/Client, all products, samples, or models, and all
documents, retaining no copies or notes, relating to the Company’s business including,
obtained by the Employee during his/her representation of the Company at client’s
locations or any other locations of deputation during this stint
16) Experience cum Relieving letter will be issued only if you complete 90 days with us.

17) In case of breach of policies by employee, the company will terminate the contract
immediately and the employee agrees to co-operate for smooth disengagement.

18) All disputes or difference whatsoever, arising between the parties shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the Courts in Chennai only.

19) The employee would undergo necessary Pre employment Back Ground Check (BGC) from
the Company and or the Client. Any discrepancies found would attract disciplinary
procedure as deemed fit, even till immediate termination of the contract with the client and
the company

GENERAL

 This letter is based on the information, certificates furnished by employee in his/her


application for employment, and during the interviews conducted. If, at any time in future, it
comes to light that any of this information is incorrect or any relevant information had been
withheld, then this employment is liable to disciplinary procedure of the company, as
deemed fit
 The employee shall not engage in any act subversive of discipline in the course of duty in the
property of Client or outside, and if found to be indulging in such act/s, then the
employment is liable to disciplinary procedure of the company, as deemed fit
 The employee shall at no point of time stake any claim or right to claim employment,
damage, loss of compensation of any sort whatsoever against Client
 The employee shall be responsible for protecting the property of Client entrusted in the due
discharge of duties and shall indemnify the company when there is a loss of any kind to the
said property
 If mandated, the employee agrees to undergo a medical examination as prescribed by the
Company or its clients for the role being hired for
 The employee agrees to submit a Medical fitness certificate obtained from a registered
medical practitioner (Template attached for reference)
 If the employee is not eligible for ESI, he is eligible to get private Health Insurance for self
alone, after completion of 3 Months with the company. Insurance premium will be paid for 1
year. In due course, if the employee separates from the company by own will, the premium
paid would be deducted proportionately for the remaining period of the 1 year insurance
validity

LEAVE POLICY:

 Employee shall be entitled to avail 1 paid leave per month for a total of 12 paid leaves in a
calendar year.
 The employee shall not be entitled to take more than 3 days of leaves in a row
 Any unutilised leaves standing to the credit of the employee as at the end of any calendar
year shall lapse and will not be carried forward to the next calendar year

NO OTHER COMPENSATION. The compensation set out below, shall be the Employee’s sole
compensation under this Agreement and will not be eligible for any other benefits

Note:

 All statutory deductions would be applicable on the gross salary as above;


 Statutory Deductions wrt EPF, ESI would be applicable as per prevailing Government Laws
 Professional Tax, Income tax and other Taxes as levied by relevant government authorities
from time to time would be applicable
