ORDER

When this case was called for hearing, Atty. Beltran manifested that
he has just submitted his opposition to the “Motion for Reconsideration,”
dated December 27, 2018, filed by petitioner LBP thru counsel, Atty. Jaybee
Lyn G. Likigan.
Atty. Likigan manifested that she will no longer file her comment or
opposition thereto and moved that the instant case be now submitted for
resolution.
