Documents Required from Foreign Sponsor

1. Passport Copy of all sponsors with visa proof + Citizenship Proof / PR, PR Letter
2. Residence Proof/rent deed /Noc
3. Letter from College( if student)
4. Bank statements with balance certificate from Bank.
5. Relation proof of sponsor with the applicant
6. letter of support from sponsor notarized from Canada
7. Contact Number & Address of Sponsor

8. salary slip (at least 6 pay slips) & job details

9. T4 copy

1. Embassy Fees per high commission:

A. Embassy Fees as per ……………… High Commission.
2. Two Passport size snaps (As per High Commission Performa).
3. Copy of Passport + Original Passport with old previous passport of all applicants (if applicable).
4. Previous Refusal Letter (If any)

a) In Case of Salary Employee (Govt. Employee)

i) ID Card
ii) Pan Card
iii) Salary Certificate/salary slip
iv) ITR for Last three Years, Leave from Department
v) Form 16 for Last Three years
a. In case of Business Man
i) PAN Card
ii) ITR for last 3 Years
a. Computation of last 3 Years
b. Business Visiting Cards, Letter Pad and Snaps
c. Sales Tax or other Certificate
c) In case of Agriculturist
i) Agriculture Income Certificate from Tehsildar confirming with English
Translation
ii) Fard Jamabandhi & Fard Haqiqat of Agriculture Land with English
Translation.
 d) In case of Dairy Income
A) Veterinary doctor certificate
B) Photos of Dairy Farm & Reference Numbers
e) In case of Pension
i) Pension Certificate & Statement from bank
ii) Pension Pay Order

3. Financial Documents and other Documents:-

I) Saving Bank statement from Last 6 Months attested by bank. If funds are recent then gave
evidence.
II) Copy of MIS Passbook with Post Office one year old attested by Post office.
III) Photo copy of 6 month old FDRs attested by bank or Certificate.
IV) GPF /PPF statement with withdrawal Certificate in case of govt. employee.
V) LIC receipts with surrender value certificate
VI) Copy of Registry of the property & Valuation of Property
VII) Any other Assets e.g. Mutual funds, Car R.C. etc
VIII) Affidavit from Family (If parents are sponsoring)
IX) Certificate from school in case applicant have child
X) Leave certificate. (In case of Government Employee or college & School Students)
