gained during my internship at Cucina Higala. As I reflect on my time spent with your

During my internship, I had the privilege of immersing myself in various facets of
restaurant operations, including front-of-house management, culinary techniques, customer

Moreover, I am grateful for the mentorship provided by Chef Ian and the entire staff.

training significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. I am
particularly thankful for the patience and encouragement extended to me as I navigated
through the intricacies of restaurant operations.
As I transition from my internship to the next phase of my career journey, I carry with
me the lessons learned and the memories cherished from my time at Cucina Higala. I am
confident that the skills and insights gained during my internship will serve as a solid
foundation as I strive to make meaningful contributions to the culinary industry.
